This workshop Will Cover:
- The principles needed in order to execute throws effortlessly
- Seven categories of throws: Hip, Shoulder, Joint Lock, Head, Fireman/Seesaw, Monkey, Scissor, Sweeps
- Approximately 50 Variations
- Techniques: being able to excecute a throw against various attacks
